Modern Resort - Haad Rin

It was just a prime choice for a swift stopover in Haad Rin with best value. The room was equipped with a pink bear bed sheet, bringing a quirky and fun touch to the decor. Check the cleanliness of the bathroom and bring extra towels just in case.

We had a brand-new triple room with a safe.

It was weekend and we would love to come back. Our room was brand-new and offered an electronic key card, a dining area, and a sitting area. Location: the hotel was right by The beach, the nature and Haad Rin. Variety of restaurants to eat close by, like Mong Lay Restaurant that was only 15 minutes' walk away.

For us it was ideal.

Excellent hotel with excellent wi-fi, laundry service, and a tv. I remember my first stay when the staff welcomed me with a cold drink in the heat. Highly recommend for a cozy stay! I'm coming back for Christmas.

My room was a mess with stains everywhere, but the bed was comfy.

The room was dusty and the bathroom cleanliness was deplorable, not that anyone seemed to care. With one key for three people, it was a miracle we didn't lose it. I expected at least a complimentary welcome drink, but apparently, that's too much to ask. I almost gave a good review, but just couldn't.

Had a sweet as stay, but my room was a bit dusty and the bathroom needed a proper clean. The staff were super friendly and helped me loads, though!

Had a boss stay, la! Staff were dead sound, proper helpful with me transfer and made me feel like family. The room was spacious, comfy, but not on the beach, which was a bit of a letdown. Can't wait to go back!

This place boasts a fantastic location, nestled amongst lush greenery yet conveniently close to the beach. My Triple Bungalow with Fan was comfortable. I can't wait to return for another good stay!

The bungalow was spacious with a private terrace, and I loved having access to local knowledge! Plus, their adorable dog.

The Triple Bungalow with Fan provided a cozy retreat in a natural setting. The layout felt spacious and allowed easy access to fresh air. I enjoyed the privacy on the terrace.

There were some significant drawbacks. The cabin had noticeable cleanliness issues, with dust spread from the ceiling fan and stains lingering on the walls. It lacked adequate linens, like a proper duvet cover, and the towels we did have were stained. The wifi was unreliable for online work, and there were quite a few mosquitoes nearby. Lastly, having only one key for three occupants was less than convenient.

The room was comfortable, nice for a restful stay amidst the serene surroundings. Lush greenery enveloped the hotel. I enjoyed the mountain view from my terrace.

Dining options were quite limited, which might pose a challenge for those seeking variety.

I had a fantastic stay at this hotel! The staff were friendly and helpful, making me feel like family. They even assisted me with a low-cost early morning transfer to the pier and provided useful local knowledge. They were also kind enough to let me pet and cuddle their adorable dog. The room was comfortable, and the facilities were amazing. I had one of the best beds I've slept in during my travels. The location was great - close to everything and surrounded by nature and trees. And despite not being on the beach, it was a peaceful retreat away from the crowded full moon party areas. a wonderful experience!

Stayed for 3 nights and had a great time at Modern Resort. the location is spot on, with Water World just a short walk away. - It's conveniently close to the beaches, nature, and Haad Rin Pier.

We were impressed by the clean and secure room, the friendly and helpful staff, and the great natural location.
